I am a student currently working on my PhD dissertation. I would like to contribute to the understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship from the micro perspective of the people who take the most strategic decisions in these processes.I am fascinated by people so I am enjoying mixing psychology and cognitive neuroscience findings to give a different twist to our knowledge about managerial cognition.

Currently I am working on the data gathering for my dissertation.I am trying hard at blending different methodologies (qualitative, neuro and psycho experiments and questionnaires) to grasp what could be the very origins of the individual abilities related to differences in entrepreneurial and innovative decision making.
